TERMS & CONDITIONS

• a) Your holiday contract is formed with Travellerzdezire visa Facilitation and Tourism , which is registered in India, and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

• b) All communications from the Company regarding your vacation will be addressed to the address specified on the booking form.

• c) All reservations must be made through an authorized Company agent or on Portal. The Company booking form must be completed and submitted at the time of booking, together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.

• d) The Company’s receipt of the deposit and booking form does not guarantee or imply confirmation of the booking. No reservation shall be considered confirmed until the Company issues a written notice.
