Eligibility criteria for Saudi visa - Indian passport holders
- Indian National holding a valid Indian passport with minimum validity of 6 months can apply for Saudi visa.

- 3 photos – Specification 35 mm X 50 mm, 65% to 70% face cover with both the ears visible, no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground .
- Confirm Airline Ticket ( Onwards and Return ).
- Hotel Confirmation Voucher/sponsorship letter with passport copies and invitation letter from sponsor .
- Occupation proof ( if Business – GST certificate with current bank account statement of past 3 months . If Working as employee – salary slip of past 3 months with bank statement of past 3 months, NOC from company
- Covering Letter stating the purpose of travel , travel dates .
- Original bank statement for last 3 months with minimum average balance Rs.1 lakh
- Applicant Mobile number.

Saudi Tourist Visa Validity for Indian passport holders
Visa is valid for 365 days / 1 year from the Date of issue – Saudi 1 year tourist visa
Saudi Tourist visa Duration of stay
Pax can stay up to maximum of 90 days ( each entry ) from the Date of entry in Saudi.
Overstaying in Saudi is illegal .It may lead to huge fines and imprisonment .
Saudi Tourist visa Processing Duration for Indian passport holders
The Normal processing time is 05 – 10 Saudi Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Saudi public Holidays. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.
Documents Required for applying Saudi Business visa for Indian Passport holders
- Original passport with at least 6 month minimum validity from the date of travel also with sufficient number of blank pages .
- Old passports if any.
- 3 photos – Specification 35 mm X 50 mm, 65% to 70% face cover with both the ears visible, no border, taken within 06 months, white background .
- Attested Original degree certificate with apostille ( only graduates are eligible for Saudi business visa )
- Detail Covering Letter from Indian company , addressed to The Visa Officer, The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi / Saudi Consulate , Mumbai, mentioning the designation of the applicant, nature of the business of Indian Company with complete name and contact details of Invitee Company. The Covering Letter should also have ONLY the Round Company Seal.
- Visa Invitation Slip from Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry stating BUSINESS VISA OR Invitation letter from Saudi Chamber of Commerce .
- Recommendation Letter from Indian Chambers of Commerce.
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate of Saudi Arabian Company with a mention of the Capital Amount greater than 1 Lakh Saudi Riyal

Saudi Business Visa Validity – depends on invitation ( 90 days or 365 days )
- Saudi business 90 days single entry 30 days visa .
- Saudi business 365 days / 1 year multiple entry visa with 90 days each entry as duration of stay .
